PRIVACY POLICY

Your files stay
in your browser.

This policy describes the behavior of the VidSnapX static website template. The site operator should review and update it to match the hosting setup before launch.

Last updated: October 24, 2026. This page is general website information, not legal advice. Update it if analytics, advertising, accounts, or other services are added.

Files you select

Image, video, and PDF files you select for the tools are processed locally in your browser. The tool interface does not upload those selected files to a VidSnapX application server. Temporary object URLs and browser working data are used during processing and are cleared when the page or tab is closed; downloaded outputs are saved by your browser.

Optional libraries

Some tools load JavaScript libraries from cdnjs.cloudflare.com or cdn.jsdelivr.net when you open the tool. Those providers receive a request from your browser and may process standard connection information, including your IP address, as described by their own policies. Library code runs in this page to perform the requested conversion. If the CDN is unavailable, the affected tool may not start.

Direct media links

When you submit a direct URL, your browser requests that URL from its host. The media host may receive your IP address and standard browser information. The host may block the request through cross-origin restrictions. The site does not proxy the request through a VidSnapX server or bypass platform protections.

Hosting and server logs

The web-hosting provider may collect standard technical logs, such as an IP address, requested page, browser, and request time, to operate and secure the website. The exact logs and retention depend on the hosting provider selected by the site operator.

Google Analytics and cookies

VidSnapX loads the Google Analytics 4 library and configures measurement ID G-00LHH8JXT4 only on vidsnapx.com or www.vidsnapx.com. Development previews do not load the Google Analytics library or send Analytics page-view events. The tag sends page-view measurement to Google and may use cookies or similar technologies according to its configuration. Google may receive standard request information such as the page visited, browser and device details, and network information. Review Google’s privacy information and the analytics settings used on the deployed site. The site operator should confirm applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements for visitors and update this policy if analytics settings or other services change.

Children and contact

The site is a general-purpose tool collection and is not designed to collect personal information from children. No site-operator contact address was supplied with this template; the operator should publish a monitored contact method here before launch and use it to handle privacy questions or requests.
